When death comes....

The other day I was walking with a friend of mine from the university back to my house. As I was walking my friend was talking about how life has been unfair to him. Amidst all this I was thinking about something else. How does someone know when he is supposed to die. The moment I was thinking this, I happened to look down and I saw a lil bug on the ground. The moment I saw it I my brain sent a signal to my foot and I don't know why, but in that split second, instead of keeping my foot flat on the ground and over that bug, my foot landed on the outer sides of it and the bug happily walked away.

A couple of days later the same incidence was repeated. One of my colleagues walked over a bunch of black ants and the moment I saw that whole bunch, I jumped over them. These events forced me to think as to when does death come. Who decides when one dies. The bug and some of the ants were destined to die had it not been for me to see them.

It then struck me, they were not supposed to die that day. There is a higher power sitting up there somewhere, who is watching each and every living being in its every hour on earth and protecting it till the day it is supposed to die. Nothing can simply kill them if its not their time.

I simply don't know if this point was even worth thinking or moreover, worth mentioning on the blog. But I know one thing for sure. God grabs you by the wrist and directs you where to go, so make the best of this test and don't ask why. Its something unpredictable, but in the end its right. I hope have the time of your life. For what its worth, it was worth all the while.

spooky, it isnt just so unlikely that a post like this should land up in a blog. nobody knows anything about death. only the dead ones do, but then thats that. :)

but we know life :) we dont know whats in store for us, and where death is, and what's our direction, but life, the essence of it, we know it. its what you feel with the sun and the wind the rain and the feeling of hunger being satisfied, and sleep taking over, the exhiliration of "arriving" where you wanted to be, the pursuit of that exhiliration. bittersweet. :)

i guess death is a job in gods department, we have some things to do in life.
my god spooky!!!!

what a pic!
